A family-run store which is very well-organised and professional. Just bought a Meccanica Benassi motor tiller. So far the level of service has been excellent.
I have been utilising the services of this family run business, for decades now. Very professional people, who know their trade and understand client needs very well. Mario, Joe,Jonathan and Patrick are all very knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help people to solve their issues. I must also state that the brands they carry are also top notch. They also have a first class fully equipped work shop to ensure proper after sales service. One thing that strikes me is the fact that the technicians they have have been with them for several years – which goes a long way to indicate that this is a very well structured organisation where employees are highly valued. In fact I just had a pump repaired in a matter of less than a week. Highly recommended.
