I am speechless. The level of service and professional courtesy is unlike I ever experienced in Malta. After buying a floor and the installation of the floor, some problems cropped up after several months. Instead of trying to patch it, they actually tried to solve the problem. It was even offered to completely replace the floor on their expense. As it was not certain that the problems would reappear in the future, BetaCentre gave me a complete refund on the purchase.
