Great service, well done.

Today deliveryman called me deliver my order which I ordered Monday via messenger. The deliveryman was very polite and asked me what time I will be home to receive my order. Due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t home at the time I told him and when he called I explained I will be there at a later time. He was so understanding and in fact came later at the time I indicated. In the meantime I forgot my purse and cheque book and I had to pay on delivery. The driver called the office and I paid via bov mobile pay. The driver was calm, understanding, very helpful and extremely well mannered. Very few drivers like him! Well done Vical! Excellent service!
